The conference is located in the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning. Click on the left image for a larger download of the map. Note the UCalgary map has a discrepancy in labelling marking the institute as TI on the map but as ITL in the legend. Additional information for navigating campus is located on the UCalgary website.

Details on the conference room location are yet to be announced. Additional directives will be added closer to the campus date.

The closest hotel is the Alt Hotel located in University District, an approximate 14–minute walk away.

We currently have a variety of food options planned for the event including halal and vegetarian. If you have dietary needs such as allergies please fill in our Accessibility Needs Request Form.

Banff is located about 1.5 hours west of Calgary by bus/car (there is no rail or air service). We have planned our conference to accommodate those who might want to add on a visit to Banff, but unfortunately, we do not have the resources to plan anything for our attendees.
