Hello! My name is Caitlin Kane and I am the Experiential Learning Facilitator for the Werklund School of Education. I am excited to starting up this blog again for the 2025-2026 year! It’s been a busy couple of weeks for the Experiential Learning Team, but absolutely worth it to welcome new students and share all of the great opportunities happening this year. Above are some of the we’ve had so far, including Experiential Learning 101, the annual Student Opportunities Fair, and the new Werklund 101 session for BEd students.
We are trying something new with the blog this year, bringing you more stories and information from current students, alumni, and program partners who are connected to Experiential Learning! I will also be sharing some insights and more information about the Experiential Learning process. The plan is to have posts connected to Student Experiences, Opportunities & Resources, Impact & Success Stories, Behind-the-Scenes (EL Edition), and Spotlight Features. We’re still in the building phase, but check back as we start to share our guest posters’ stories!
